Enrollment Steps

If you are a new hire or newly eligible for benefits, you may make your benefit elections within 31 days of your hire or eligibility date through the enrollment system. Follow the steps below to enroll.

Enrollment Steps:

  1. Go to Dayforce at aeropostale.dayforce.com. Log in and click on the Benefits tab. Then, access US Benefit Enrollment.
  2. Before enrolling in benefits, you must click on Profile Forms to add any dependents you would like to cover as well as beneficiaries for life insurance plans. Note: you will need your dependent’s Social Security Number during this step.
  3. Navigate to the Elections page and follow the steps to select your benefits. Bi-weekly payroll deductions (Your Amount) and the annual total will show in the shopping cart under “Your Selection.” Note: Even if you don’t elect additional life insurance, you must name a beneficiary.
  4. After enrolling, review all of your elections and dependent information, then click Submit to complete your enrollment. Note: you must make a selection in each section before you submit, or you will receive an error message where corrections must be made before you can submit.
  5. Once your enrollment has been submitted, print the confirmation statement and keep it for your records.

You may only make changes to benefits during Annual Enrollment unless you experience a qualified life event (QLE). See the table below for a list of approved QLEs and the actions you may take.

What are Qualified Life Events?

If you experience a qualified life event, you must make your benefit changes on Dayforce within 30 days. To learn more about all life events and what actions to take in case you experience any of them, visit Life Events.
