Tax-Free Commuter Benefits

To help you save on taxes associated with commuting expenses, SPARC’s commuter benefits program lets you set aside pre-tax dollars from your paycheck to help pay for monthly parking or transit costs. It’s easy and flexible!

You can enroll in the plan at any time by contacting WageWorks directly and setting up the pre-tax payroll deduction for mass transit and/or parking expenses.

To enroll, visit the WageWorks website. If you are not already registered, follow the instructions for a first-time user. You may also sign up by calling the WageWorks Customer Service Center at 877-WageWorks (877-924-3967).

Childcare Benefit

Work-life integration isn’t always easy, but SPARC has your back! We’ve partnered with KinderCare to offer childcare benefits to you as a SPARC Group employee.

The KinderCare tuition benefit offers a 10% discount on tuition rates for full-time, part-time, or drop-in care at KinderCare centers near you or at Champions before- and after-school programs. Find your location and get the routine, stability, and peace of mind you need. You will need to provide proof of employment (e.g., your SPARC Employee ID Card or paystub) to receive your discount. Pet Insurance

Protect against the financial impact of your pet’s injuries, illnesses, and other needed treatment with Pet Insurance through Pet Benefit Solutions.

Employees have the option to choose between three different insurance and discount plans for their pets. The plans can be chosen individually or combined for more comprehensive coverage. Each plan offers something different for your pet, from prescription and veterinary discounts to full insurance coverage.

Auto & Home Insurance

SPARC offers special group discounts on auto and home policies through Farmers Insurance. Policy options include car, personal excess liability, boat, condo, motor home, recreational vehicle, and renters’ insurance.

If you’re enrolling in a policy for the first time, you may save up to 10% right away, or if you already have a policy with Farmers Insurance, you could save even more.
